Welcome to the Hillsdale Housing Commission!What's NewHHC Publishes Draft 2010-2015 5-Year/2010 Annual Plan The Hillsdale Housing Commission has published a draft 2010-2015 5-Year/2010 Annual Plan for public comment. The HHC plans to hold a public hearing at its regular meeting scheduled at 12:00 noon on March 18, 2010. Following the public hearing, the HHC plans to submit the adopted Plan to HUD. HHC Amends By-Laws At its regular meeting February 18 2010, the the Hillsdale Housing Commission amended its existing By-Laws, following approval by Hillsdale City Council on February 15, 2010. HHC Amends its Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policies The Hillsdale Housing Commission amended its existing Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policies (ACOP) to indicate that the HHC has adopted a Violence Against Women Act Policy (VAWA), and the policy is incorporated into the ACOP by reference. This amendment occurred at the Commission's 02/18/2010 Regular Meeting. HHC is Accepting Applications for Hilltop Apartments The Hillsdale Housing Commission is currently accepting applications for upcoming vacancies at Hilltop Apartments. HHC Publishes Legal Services Request for Proposals Form In response to requests from colleagues, the HHC has posted a(n) RFP form for the acquisition of legal services for small PHAs.
