To apply, please call 517-439-1210 during normal working hours (09:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m., Monday through Friday). Our helpful and courteous staff will schedule an appointment to complete an application. We are currently accepting applications for upcoming vacancies.

Rent Calculation

At Hilltop Apartments, your rent will be calculated on to your ability to pay, according to a federally-defined formula. Your rent will be either:

1. 30% of your adjusted gross annual income, or:
2. Our maximum rent (changed annually)

You will be given your choice of rental amounts at the time of your lease signing.
