HHC Adopts Monitor Services Contract

At the HHC's 06/05/2008 regular meeting, the HHC adopted a Monitor Services Contract to provide after-hours monitoring services to residents at Hilltop Apartments.

HHC Purchases Two PCs for Hilltop Residents

At the HHC's 06/05/2008 regular meeting, the HHC moved to replace Hilltop Resident's ageing PCs with two new ones and explore connecting the new PCs to broadband internet service.

HHC Reestablishes Housekeeper Position for Hilltop Apartments

At the HHC's 06/05/2008 regular meeting, the HHC moved to reestablish a part-time housekeeper position for Hilltop Apartments.

HUD Approves HHC's FY 2008 Annual Plan

At the HHC's 06/05/2008 regular meeting, Director Cousino distributed a letter from the Detroit office of HUD, approving the Commission's recently submitted FY 2008 Annual Plan.

Mission Statement

The mission of the Housing Commission of Hillsdale is to assist low-income families with safe, decent, and affordable housing opportunities as they strive to achieve self-sufficiency and improve the quality of their lives. The Housing Commission is committed to operating in an efficient, ethical, and professional manner. The Housing Commission will create and maintain partnerships with its clients and appropriate community agencies in order to accomplish this mission.

We are located at the corner of North and West Streets, in Hillsdale.  We are directly across from Davis Middle School on West Street, and across from the Elks building on North Street.  Visitor parking is provided in the City parking lot, directly across from the Elks building.
