A special monthly meeting of the Hillsdale Housing Commission was held in the Library of Hilltop Apartments on Wednesday, July 29, 1998, and was called to order at 10:07 a.m. by President Walker. Roll Call Present were: | President Walker, Commissioners Field and Pauken. | Absent were: | Vice president Cascarelli and Commissioner Fowler. | Also present was: | Executive Director Alton Cousino, Maintenance Person Paul Piper, Monitor Bernadine Laser, and Hilltop Apartments Resident Association President Janet Johnson. |
Monitor Job Duties
Discussion was held regarding the Hilltop Apartments Monitor position. Director Cousino introduced Hilltop Apartments resident Bernadine Laser, who recently accepted the Monitor position. Commissioners examined a draft job description, made specific revision requests, and instructed Mr. Cousino to meet with the Commission’s attorney for review. Adjournment
