Minutes - Special Meeting August 13, 1999

Call to Order

A special meeting of the Hillsdale Housing Commission was held in the Community Room of Hilltop Apartments on Friday, August 13, 1999, and was called to order at 12:02 p.m. by Vice president Pauken.

Roll Call

Present were:

Vice president Pauken, Commissioners Doty, Field and Fowler.

Absent was:

President Walker.

Also present were:

Executive Director Alton Cousino and Maintenance Supervisor Paul Piper.

Resolution #HHC 1999-12 Board Resolution Approving CIAP Budget

Commissioner Field, supported by Commissioner Doty, moved to adopt Resolution #HHC 1999-12, approving of the CIAP Budget for FY 1999. The motion carried unanimously.

Adjournment

Commissioner Doty, supported by Commissioner Field, moved to adjourn. The motion carried, and the meeting adjourned at 12:05 p.m.
