Minutes - Special Meeting September 23, 1999

Call to Order

A special meeting of the Hillsdale Housing Commission was held in the Community Room of Hilltop Apartments on Thursday, September 23, 1999, and was called to order at 12:01 p.m. by President Walker.

Roll Call

Present were:

President Walker, Commissioners Doty and Field.

Absent was:

Commissioners Fowler and Pauken, excused.

Also present was:

Maintenance Supervisor Paul Piper.

CIAP 99 Bid Awards

Construction Bid Package

Commissioner Field, supported by Commissioner Doty, moved to award the CIAP 99 base construction bid package to First Contracting. The motion carried unanimously

Electrical Bid Package

Commissioner Doty, supported by Commissioner Field, moved to award the CIAP 99 base construction bid package to Lucas Electric. The motion carried unanimously

Adjournment

Commissioner Doty moved to adjourn. The motion was supported by Commissioner Field, and carried unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 12:10 p.m.
