Minutes Public Hearing March 22, 2001

Call to Order

The Hillsdale Housing Commission held a Public Hearing in the Community Room of Hilltop Apartments on Thursday, March 22, 2001 and President Vear called the Hearing to order at 12:15 p.m.

Roll Call

Present were:

President Vear, Vice President Field, Commissioner Fowler and Doty

Absent was:

Commissioner Skiver.

Also present was:

Executive Director Alton Cousino, Maintenance Supervisor Paul Piper, Secretary Vickie VanVlerah, Housekeeper Luanne Lehman, and the following Hilltop Apartments residents: Bernadine Laser (103), Ella Asaro (311), and Jill Slocum (104).

FYE 2002 Annual Plan

Director Cousino provided each Commissioner with a draft copy of the Annual Plan for fiscal year end 06/30/2002.  Commissioner Fowler supported by Vice President Field moved to accept Resolution #HHC 2001-18 approving the Annual Plan for fiscal year end 2002, as presented. The motion carried unanimously.

Adjournment

Commissioner Fowler supported by Commissioner Doty moved to adjourn the meeting. The motion carried unanimously, and the meeting adjourned at 12:18 p.m.
