Whereas . . . The Hillsdale Housing Commission has applied for and received approval for Capital Grant funds to facilitate the upgrade of Hilltop Apartments, 

Whereas . . . HUD requires an amendment to the Housing Commission's Consolidated Annual Contributions Contract to approve of Capital Grant funds, 

Whereas . . . The Hillsdale Housing Commission has reviewed form HUD-5284A, and agrees to its content, 

Therefore, be it resolved . . . That the Consolidated Annual Contributions Contract is hereby amended as specified on the following form HUD-5284A.
