The United States Department of Housing and Urban Development further requires that this form be accepted and approved by resolution by the Housing Commission, attesting to the accuracy of the information contained on the form prior to its submittal, and,

Whereas . . .

The Executive Director of the Hillsdale Housing Commission has compiled the required information and completed the form for fiscal year ending June 30, 2003, and,

Whereas . . .

The Hillsdale Housing has examined the form,

Now, therefore, be it resolved . . .

that the Hillsdale Housing Commission does hereby accept

the completed HUD 50072 form dated September 12, 2003 as true and correct to the best of their ability, and approve of its submission to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development.
