During his eleven years of service Mr. Cousino has served diligently, efficiently, creatively, and with a high degree of professionalism and dedication, and ,

The Hillsdale Housing Commission wishes to recognize Mr. Cousino for his years of meritorious service and unflagging dedication,

Now, therefore, be it resolved . . .
