Now, therefore, be it resolved . . . | To amend the Hillsdale Housing Commission’s existing | | By-Laws with the following language, inserted at the end of existing Article I: | | | | Removal for Absenteeism A member shall be removed from the Commission without vote for the following: After six consecutive absences from regular monthly meetings, the member shall be removed from office, regardless of whether the absences were excused or not. Such removal shall be documented and a letter sent to the removed member explaining the reason for removal. A photocopy of the removal letter shall be forwarded to the Hillsdale City Manager
After three consecutive unexcused absences from regular monthly meetings, the member shall be removed from office. Such removal shall be documented and a letter shall be sent to the removed member explaining the reason for removal. A photocopy of the removal letter shall be forwarded to the Hillsdale City Manager.
After six absences from regular monthly meetings within any twelve (12) month period, the member shall be removed from office, regardless of whether the absences were excused or not. Such removal shall be documented and a letter sent to the removed member explaining the reason for removal. A photocopy of the removal letter shall be forwarded to the Hillsdale City Manager.
