Minutes – Special Meeting June 21, 2006

Call to Order

A special meeting of the Hillsdale Housing Commission was held at the Hillsdale County Chamber of Commerce’s Conference room on Wednesday, June 21, 2006, and was called to order at 10:35 a.m. by President Doty.

Roll Call

Present were:	President Doty, Commissioners Batt, Eames and Field.
Absent was:	Vice President Hudson
Also present was:	Executive Director Alton Cousino and Maintenance Supervisor Mark Rich.

Resolution #2006-07 – Approve FY 2007 Operating Budget

Commissioner Eames, supported by Commissioner Field, moved to adopt Resolution #2006-07, approving the FY 2007 Operating Budget as submitted. The motion carried unanimously. Extensive discussion ensued. Board members requested that additional budgetary information be presented as necessary throughout the fiscal year.

Resolution #2006-08 – Approve FY 2006 Operating Budget Revision #1

Commissioner Field, supported by Commissioner Batt, moved to adopt Resolution # 2006-08, approving FY 2006 Operating Budget Revision #1 as submitted. The motion carried unanimously. Extensive discussion ensued.

Adjournment

President Doty declared the meeting adjourned at 11:35 a.m.
