Minutes - Special Meeting January 11, 2007

Call to Order

A special meeting of the Hillsdale Housing Commission was held in the Community Room of Hilltop Apartments on Thursday, January 11, 2007, and was called to order at 10:32 a.m. by President Doty.

Roll Call

Present were:	President Doty, Commissioners Batt, Field, and MacRitchie.
Absent was:	Vice President Hudson.
Also present were:	Executive Director Alton Cousino, Maintenance Supervisor Mark Rich, and several residents of Hilltop Apartments.

Resolution #HHC 2007-13 – Accepting MOA Monthly Report 06 of 12, 01/2007

Commissioner Field, supported by Commissioner Batt, moved to accept Resolution #HHC 2007-13, accepting MOA Monthly Report 06 of 12, and approved for submission to HUD. The motion carried unanimously.

Approval to Post Annual Plan

Commissioner Batt, supported by Commissioner Field, moved to post the Commission’s FY 2007 Draft Annual Plan as presented. The motion carried unanimously.

Adjournment

President Doty declared the meeting adjourned at 10:36 a.m.
