Minutes - Special Meeting April 24, 2007

Call to Order

A special meeting of the Hillsdale Housing Commission was held in the Community Room of Hilltop Apartments on Tuesday, April 24 2007, and was called to order at 10:10 A.M. by President Doty.

Roll Call

Present were:	President Doty, Commissioner Field and Commissioner Batt.
Absent were:	Vice President Hudson and Commissioner MacRitchie
Also present:	Executive Director Alton Cousino, Administrative Assistant Tia Spratt.

Resolution #HHC 2007-19 – Accepting MOA Monthly Report 10 of 12, 05/2007

Commissioner Field supported by Commissioner Batt, moved to adopt Resolution #HHC 2007-19 and accept MOA Monthly Report 10 of 12. The motion carried unanimously.

Adjournment

Commissioner Field moved to adjourn. The motion was supported by Commissioner Batt and the meeting adjourned at 10:15A.M.
