Call to Order

A special meeting of the Hillsdale Housing Commission was held in the conference room of the Hillsdale County Chamber of Commerce on Tuesday, June 12, 2007, and was called to order at 12: 10 p.m. by President Doty.

Conference Call – Wendy Endres, Housing Authority Accounting Specialists

President Doty placed a conference call to Housing Authority Accounting Specialists, who perform fee accounting, under contract for the Hillsdale Housing Commission.

FYE 06/30/2007 Original Budget

General discussion ensued regarding creation and recordkeeping for the Commission's FYE 06/30/2007 operating budget.

FYE 06/30/2007 Budget Revision #01

General discussion ensued regarding the necessity of implementing a revision of the Commission's FYE 06/30/2007 operating budget prior to fiscal year end.

FYE 06/30/2008 Original Budget

General discussion ensued regarding creation of the Commission's FYE 06/30/2008 operating budget.

Resolution #2007 23 – Adopting FYE 06/30/2007 Budget Revision #01

Commissioner Field, supported by Commissioner Batt, moved to adopt Resolution #2007 23, adopting the FYE 06/30/2007 Budget Revision #01 as presented. The motion carried unanimously.

Resolution #2007-24 – Adopting FYE 06/30/2008 Budget

Commissioner Field, supported by Vice President Hudson, moved to adopt Resolution #2007-24, adopting the FYE 06/30/2007 Operating Budget as presented.  The motion carried unanimously.

Adjournment

Vice President Hudson, supported by Commissioner Batt, moved to adjourn.  The motion carried unanimously and the meeting adjourned at 01:17 p.m.
