Minutes - Special Meeting August 14, 2006

Call to Order

A special meeting of the Hillsdale Housing Commission was held in the Community Room of Hilltop Apartments on Monday, August 14, 2006, and was called to order at 01:17 p.m. by President Doty.

Roll Call

Present were:	President Doty, Vice President Hudson, Commissioners Batt, Eames, and Field.
Absent was:	None.
Also present was:	Executive Director Alton Cousino, Maintenance Supervisor Mark Rich, and several Hilltop Apartments residents.

Resolution #HHC 2007-03 – 08/2006 HUD MOA Financial Report Submission

Director Cousino distributed copies of the Commission’s August, 2006 HUD Financial MOA Report, in response to the Commission’s FYE 06/30/2005 PHAS Financial Indicator. Mr. Cousino also distributed photocopies of a draft cover letter to accompany this initial submission, and Commissioners requested several modifications to this document. Mr. Cousino requested that President Doty countersign the letter after editing as specified, and Ms. Doty agreed.

Following extensive discussion, Commissioner Eames, supported by Commissioner Field, moved to adopt Resolution #HHC 2007-03 and submit the August 2006 HUD MOA Financial Report as presented. The motion carried unanimously.

Adjournment

President Doty declared the meeting adjourned at 02:08 p.m.
