Minutes - Special Meeting Wednesday, September 13, 2006

Call to Order

A special meeting of the Hillsdale Housing Commission was held in the Community Room of Hilltop Apartments on Wednesday September 13, 2006 and was called to order at 10:10 a.m. by Vice President Hudson.

Roll Call

Present were:	President Doty, Vice President Hudson, Commissioners Batt, Eames, and Field.
Absent was:	None.
Also present was:	Executive Director Alton Cousino, Maintenance Supervisor Mark Rich, and several Hilltop Apartments residents.

Resolution #HHC 2007-06 – Accepting MOA Monthly Report 2 of 12, 09/2006

Director Cousino provided board members with photocopies of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) report for 09/2006, report 2 of 12. Mr. Cousino also distributed copies of the reports from which the MOA report was compiled by the Commission’s fee accountant. Both Commissioners and staff commented on the level of detail provided by the accountant.

Following extensive discussion, Commissioner Field, supported by Vice President Hudson, moved to adopt Resolution #HHC 2007-06 and submit the report as presented. The motion carried unanimously.

Adjournment

Commissioner Eames, supported by Commissioner Field, moved to adjourn. The motion carried unanimously and the meeting adjourned at 10:35 a.m.
