Minutes - Special Meeting November 14, 2006

Call to Order

A special meeting of the Hillsdale Housing Commission was held in the Community Room of Hilltop Apartments on Tuesday, November 14, 2006, and was called to order at 01:37 p.m. by President Doty.

Roll Call

Present were:	President Doty, Vice President Hudson and Commissioner Field.
Absent was:	Commissioner Batt.
Also present was:	Executive Director Alton Cousino, Maintenance Supervisor Mark Rich, and several Hilltop Apartments residents.

Resolution #HHC 2007-08 – Accepting MOA Monthly Report 4 of 12, 11/2006

Following extensive discussion and a thorough review of financial information presented, Commissioner Field, supported by Vice President Hudson, moved to adopt Resolution #HHC 2007-08 and accept MOA Monthly Report 4 of 12 for the period end 11/01/206, as presented. The motion carried unanimously. Vice President Hudson requested that an informational spreadsheet with backup documentation for the MOA submission be modified by the Commission’s fee accountant. Mr. Cousino stated his intention to relay the board’s recommendations to the accountant.

Adjournment

Commissioner Field moved to adjourn. The motion was supported by Vice President Hudson and the meeting adjourned at 02:10 p.m.
