Whereas . . .	The US Department of HUD has required submission of monthly progress reports in a financial Memorandum of Agreement,

Whereas . . .	The Hillsdale Housing Commission has examined the attached agreement and finds it true and correct to the best of its abilities,

Now, therefore, be it resolved . . .		To submit the attached report to the Detroit Field Office of
	HUD for the reporting period 05/01/2007.
