Whereas . . .	The Hillsdale Housing Commission, in consultation with its FYE 06/30/2008 auditing firm, has drafted a Monitor Services Contract,

Whereas . . .	The Hillsdale Housing Commission’s legal counsel has reviewed and approved the Contract as acceptable,

Now, therefore, be it resolved . . .		To adopt the attached Monitor Services Contract as
	published.
