Minutes - Special Meeting Monday, April 20, 2009

Call to Order

A special meeting of the Hillsdale Housing Commission was held in the Executive Director’s Office at Hilltop Apartments on Monday, April 20, 2009, and was called to order at 09:02 a.m. by President Martin.

Roll Call

Present were:	President Martin, Vice President LoPresto, Commissioners Clevenger, Sanford and Simons.
Absent was:	None.
Also present was:	Executive Director Alton Cousino

Additions to Agenda

Commissioner Clevenger, supported by Commissioner Simons, moved to amend the Agenda as presented to correct the following typographical errors:

Change Resolution #HHC 2009-09 to read Resolution #HHC 2009-10
Change Resolution #HHC 2009-10 to read Resolution #HHC 2009-11

The motion carried unanimously.

Resolution #HHC 2009-10 – Monarch Bank

Commissioner Clevenger, supported by Commissioner Simons, moved to adopt Resolution #HHC 2009-10, removing former Commissioner Doty as authorized signatory from a certificate of deposit at Monarch Bank and adding all current board members. The motion carried unanimously.

Resolution #HHC 2009-11 – First National Bank

Commissioner Sanford, supported by Vice President LoPresto, moved to adopt Resolution #HHC 2009-11, removing former Commissioner Doty as authorized signatory from two certificates of deposit at First Federal Bank and adding all current board members. The motion carried unanimously.

Adjournment

Commissioner Simons, supported by Commissioner Clevenger, moved to adjourn. The motion carried unanimously and the meeting adjourned at 09:11 a.m.
