Minutes - Special Meeting, May 20, 2009

Call to Order

A special meeting of the Hillsdale Housing Commission was held in the Community Room of Hilltop Apartments on Wednesday, May 20, 2009, and was called to order at 01:07 p.m. by President Martin.

Roll Call

Present were:

President Martin, Vice President LoPresto, Commissioners Clevenger, Sanford and Simons.

Absent was:

None.

Also present was:

Executive Director Alton Cousino.

FY 2010 Operating Budget

Director Cousino distributed a draft FY 2010 operating budget.  General discussion ensued on this item.  Following discussion, Commissioners recommended modifying the draft budget as presented in an attempt to increase the Commissions capital reserves at the end of fiscal year 2010.  Several line items were modified. 

President Martin agreed to compile a list of changes to the draft budget and distribute prior to the Commissions next regularly scheduled monthly meeting.  Mr. Cousino stated that he would request that the Commissions fee accountant assemble a new budget for distribution and adoption at the next regularly scheduled meeting.

Adjournment

President Martin declared the meeting adjourned at 02:10 p.m.
