Minutes - Special Meeting June 29, 2009

Call to Order

A special meeting of the Hillsdale Housing Commission was held in the Community Room of Hilltop Apartments on Monday, June 29, 2009, and was called to order at 01:10 p.m. by President Martin.

Roll Call

Present were:	President Martin, Vice President LoPresto, Commissioners Clevenger, Sanford and Simons.
Absent was:	None.
Also present was:	Executive Director Alton Cousino and Interim Administrative Assistant Debra Carpenter.

Executive Director Annual Evaluation

General discussion ensued regarding a format to evaluate the Executive Director on an annual basis. Following discussion and a point-by-point analysis of a suggested format, Commissioners agreed to use a form compiled by President Martin. Commissioners agreed to complete the form and submit to President Martin for compiling averages by mid-July, for presentation at the Commission’s regularly scheduled meeting in August, 2009.

Adjournment

Commissioner Sanford, supported by Commissioner Simons, moved to adjourn. The motion carried unanimously and the meeting adjourned at 01:47 p.m.
