The Hillsdale Housing Commission hereby authorizes Executive Director Alton Cousino to accept American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 Capital Funds for the Hillsdale Housing Commission, and,

The Hillsdale Housing Commission authorizes the proposed use of these funds as specified in the Act, and,

Whereas . . .

The Hillsdale Housing Commission authorizes and approves the activities contained in the attached Annual Statement

Now, therefore, be it resolved . . .

To direct Executive Director Alton Cousino to accept the

funds as specified on the attached Annual Statement and authorize the activities contained on the Statement.
