Resolution #HHC 2009-11

Whereas . . .	The Hillsdale Housing Commission wishes to add all current Commissioners as authorized signatories on its CD numbers 1313162 and 1313170 at First Federal Bank, and,

Whereas . . .	The Hillsdale Housing Commission wishes to remove former Commissioner Doty as authorized signatory from these accounts,

Now, therefore, be it resolved . . .		To remove former Commissioner Doty and add all current
	Commissioners as authorized signatories.
