Minutes - Special Meeting Thursday, October 29, 2009

Call to Order

A special meeting of the Hillsdale Housing Commission was held in the Community Room of Hilltop Apartments on Thursday, October 29, 2009 and was called to order at 01:00 p.m. by President LoPresto

Roll Call

Present were:	President LoPresto, Vice President Sanford, Commissioners Clevenger, Martin and Simons.
Absent was:	None.
Also present was:	Executive Director Alton Cousino, Administrative Assistant Tia Spratt, Maintenance Supervisor Mark Rich, and the following Hilltop Residents: Marlene Donihue and Diane Cromwell.

CFP 2010

Director Cousino reported he received the annual CFP 2010 funds. He stated the amount was less than projected.

Quarterly Financial Reports

No action occurred.

Personnel Policy – Draft Personnel Handbook

Discussion ensued regarding the Draft Personnel Handbook. Due to lack of time and the length of the Handbook, commissioners agreed to review the handbook during the monthly meetings over a period of time, until completed.

Executive Director Annual Evaluation – Director’s Response

Commissioner Martin, supported by Commissioner Simons, moved to adjourn the Special meeting to a closed session. The motion carried unanimously, and the meeting adjourned to closed session at 02:00 p.m.

Adjournment

Commissioner Simons, supported by Vice President Sanford, moved to adjourn the closed meeting. The motion carried unanimously and the meeting adjourned at 02:28 p.m.
