| Alton Cousino was appointed Executive Director of the Hillsdale Housing Commission in 1993. Mr. Cousino has worked in public housing since 1983, having previously worked at a privately-owned Section 8 property and a Section 202 property. | | Maintenance Supervisor Mark Rich started at the Housing Commission in the spring of 2006. Mr. Rich has plenty of contract management and practical maintenance

| Tia Spratt brings extensive people skills and experience to her role as Administrative Assistant. Ms. Spratt started in April of 2007, having previously worked for the award-winning Hillsdale County Senior Service Center (Perennial Park). Ms. Spratt has also demonstrated considerable professional skills in other organizations prior to joining the HHC team. | | Kylea is a graduate of the Class of 2008 and brings to the Housing Commission much experience and a positive attitude. Kylea plans to attend college in the near future to receive CNA certifications to become a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). |
